Cookie Policy
Fine Tech Systems sets no cookies of its own when you shop. No advertising cookies, no analytics, no tracking by us. There is one third-party exception: the store cards in Our stores show a Google Maps view, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. It is described in full under Third parties below.
What we do store on your device
One thing, and only in your own browser:

It holds product codes and quantities. It contains no personal information, it is never sent to us automatically, and clearing it simply empties your basket.
Staff sign-in
Staff signing in to the private admin area receive a session cookie, named sb-…-auth-token, which keeps them signed in. It is strictly necessary for that area to function, it is set only after a successful sign-in, and it is never issued to customers browsing the shop.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners exist because most sites load advertising and analytics cookies that are not necessary to provide the service. We load none of those. What we store ourselves is strictly necessary to keep your basket working, so there is nothing of ours for you to switch off.
The store map is the one piece of third-party content on the site. If you would rather it never loaded, blocking third-party content for this site in your browser settings stops it — the shop, the basket and checkout all work normally without it.
If we ever add analytics or any non-essential storage, we will ask you first and this page will say so.
Third parties
Google Maps. Each store card shows a map of that branch. When the map loads, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google receives your IP address, information about your device and browser, and the address of the page you are viewing. Google may also set its own cookies in that map — we cannot read them, control them or switch them off on your behalf. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours. The map is loaded only when it scrolls into view, so if you never reach the store section, Google is never contacted.
Apart from that map, the site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, embeds or advertising. If you choose to send your basket to us on WhatsApp, that opens WhatsApp — anything that happens there is covered by WhatsApp's own policies, not ours.
Managing it yourself
You can clear site data at any time from your browser's settings. The only effect on this site is that your basket empties.
