Privacy Policy
This policy describes exactly what this website collects, why, and who else sees it. It reflects how the site actually works rather than what a shop of this kind might typically do.
What we collect
You can browse the entire catalogue, search it and fill a basket without giving us anything at all. We only receive personal information when you place an order.

That is the complete list. We do not ask for an address unless delivery requires one, we do not create customer accounts, and we do not ask you to set a password.
What we do not collect
- No analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. The site carries no Google Analytics and no Meta pixel. The only third-party content anywhere on it is the Google Maps view on the store cards — what Google receives when that loads is set out in our Cookie policy.
- No browsing profile. We do not record which products you looked at.
- No card details, ever. Payment is arranged separately by bank transfer, so card numbers never reach this website. See our Security policy.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each only receives what it needs:

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.
Where it is kept
Your order and contact details are stored in Singapore. We chose that region because it is the closest to Sri Lanka, which makes the site faster for you — not to move your data out of reach. Access is restricted to authorised staff, each with their own login and only the permissions their job requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to retain accounting and tax records, and for as long as any warranty on what you bought remains valid — whichever is longer. Contact details attached to an order are kept for the same period. If you ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to keep, we will.
Your rights
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond as promptly as we can.
Children
This site is intended for customers aged 18 and over and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your information will be announced on the site.
